Still doubt they'll go through with it, it'll kill their tech sector overnight

From listening to the Giant Bomb cast moaning about their internet it seems like they will. From listening to them it seems like the internet in the US has gone backwards. They've seen the reintroduction of data caps. I wouldn't be surprised if US internet became some kind of cable package thing where you use the provider that has the package you want. If you choose company A you get Google and Amazon Video and if you choose provider B you get Netflixs and Bing.

Everyone knows neutrality is just another liberal lie.

Just take a look at Switzerland and you'll see what a liberal hellhole it is because they claim to be so neutral.

This has been an ongoing problem for quite a while now, but here's another article on how the Subways in New York have continued to decline: https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/11/20/n ... l?referer=

Workers not doing too badly though, eh (especially the bosses). Though to be fair, New York shares a lot in common with London in terms of living costs.

Investment in the Underground has still been too slow in London, but when you do actually get on a brand spanking new train carriage or station it's, I don't want to say a proud moment, but it's a nice feeling when you see what you get with a bit of money plowed into things. Sometimes I think it helps that the people that run London and are in Westminster use public transport too.

It wasn’t the White House, it wasn’t the State Department, it wasn’t father LaVar’s so-called people on the ground in China that got his son out of a long term prison sentence - IT WAS ME. Too bad! LaVar is just a poor man’s version of Don King, but without the hair. Just think..

...LaVar, you could have spent the next 5 to 10 years during Thanksgiving with your son in China, but no NBA contract to support you. But remember LaVar, shoplifting is NOT a little thing. It’s a really big deal, especially in China. Ungrateful fool!

I just wish I could see into a parallel world to view the reaction from the Hannity types to President Hillary Clinton tweeting something like that.

It's almost like he is doing it deliberately to distract people from Net Neutrality.

Can we just install a mute button on him?

I think that excuse gives him way too much credit. He’s a spiteful and childish arsehole, I don’t think those Tweets are to distract people from anything, they are just him being a twat.

It's like he's trying to be assassinated. He just doesn't seem to care about how divisive his behaviour is, he's a complete moron.

"IT WAS ME"

I'm going to say with 99% certainty it wasn't him - and the State Department and Diplomats involved are now pretty pissed off.

If Trump did it alone then I would imagine LaVar would have had his head cut off by now.

Never thought I'd agree with a Juian Assange pro-Trump tweet, banging on about fake news, but here we are.

Pretty sure nobody has the power to make individual Twitter accounts slow to load.

If you want Trump to do something, explain how it involves him and say Obama was against it.

Doubtful, ending net neutrality has been a goal of the telecom companies in the US since Bush (Remember "the internet is a series of tubes"?) and having Obama at the helm didn't really slow down their efforts. I think the only hope we have is that other jurisdictions like the EU pass strong enough neutrality laws that this sort of idiocy doesn't spread.

It's funny but why make that kind of gooseberry fool public? I mean wouldn't it just make the other side less inclined to work together?
