(I wasn't trying to deify him or anything - it's just relevant I think given the words shouted as his wife was murdered...)

Delete your Twitter - UK MPs tell Donald Trump
MPs have attacked Donald Trump's retweeting of far-right posts, accusing him of fuelling hate and calling for a planned state visit to be cancelled.
One Tory MP said the world would be "a better place" if Prime Minister Theresa May could persuade the US president to delete his Twitter account.
Home Secretary Amber Rudd said she hoped Mrs May's criticism "would have some impact on the president".
But she rejected calls for his state visit to be called off.
She said an invitation "has been extended and accepted" but the "dates and the precise timings have yet to be decided".
She urged critics of the president to remember the importance of the transatlantic alliance to Britain, saying intelligence sharing between the two countries had "undoubtedly saved British lives".
"That is the big picture here, and I would urge people to remember that," she added.
But she repeated Downing Street's condemnation of the US president, saying he had been "wrong" to share the posts by far-right group Britain First.
She said the UK government would "not tolerate any groups who spread hate by demonising those of other faiths or ethnicities".
Responding to a call by MP Peter Bone for the president to delete his account, she said: "It's interesting to note [Mr Bone's] advice regarding Twitter accounts - I'm sure many of us might share his view."
Former Conservative minister Tim Loughton said if Twitter was "genuine in its commitment to fight hate crime online" it would delete the US president's account.
Ms Rudd replied: "I am sure that the chief executive of Twitter will have heard the interesting suggestions from (Mr Loughton) and we will leave it to them to decide what action to take."
Several MPs called for the state visit to be cancelled, with former Labour cabinet minister Yvette Cooper saying Britain could not "simply roll out a red carpet and give a platform for the President of the United States" to "sow discord in our communities".

The real problem we have is that his supporters are so blinded by him that even if he took a dump on the White House lawn they would find a way to blame Hillary.

Listened to an interesting viewpoint on the Daily Politics show. A guest suggested that Trump used those Britain First tweets to bring focus and, potentially, support for his own immigration schemes in the USA. Most Americans won’t have heard of Britain First and some will read the tweets and think “I don’t want terrorism here in the USA like they’ve got in Britain”. I can see how this could benefit support for Trump amongst some sectors of US citizens. It sometimes feels like a lot of folk nowdays appear to get the majority of their news from brief lines posted on social media channels.
Of course, I am not saying that I agree with this approach - I don’t and, personally, I feel that Trump would be better off staying away from using Twitter and being more considered with his words.

I think theories like that give way too much credit to Trump. He is not a very intelligent man and I simply don’t believe he has the strategic foresight to think “I know, I will retweet some Britain First videos and ride the controversy storm to getting my own immigration policies approved!”.
It’s more likely he was browsing Twitter while having a gooseberry fool, saw the lying propaganda of Britain First and just hit retweet without thinking about it.

It's just not exactly the sort of approach most expect from a decent politician but then again many Americans have this odd idea that politicians are all subhuman scum and thieves and that all civil servants are parasites which is why they have no problem with government shutdowns.
It's also why you see them being all mad that teachers are asking for a 1% pay rise but are all behind CEO's (who obviously must work way harder or why would they get paid so much) being given 50% pay rises is just fine and people shouldn't complain because to do so obviously means they're communists or liberals.

Rex Tillerson has gone to the White House today, after reports that Trump favors CIA Director Mike Pompeo to take over the State Dept. Morale at the State Dept is so low that, even though they can't stand the thought of Pompeo taking over, they want Tillerson gone more.
Can't wait for this dark age of American politics to end.

I think having seen actions that Trump has done it's clearly a possibility he is suffering from dementia, mania or another mental disease.
However as someone who gas dealt with mental illness I feel it's dangerous to say that's clearly the case. It is hard to diagnose and him being a bit of a buffoon in a couple of clips is certainly not proof enough.
That said, to me it does all kind of fit.
