They don't appear to have shipped my hardback copy as of yet. I suspect I won't be seeing it until the 9th.

EDIT: They just sent an email telling me they didn't have enough copies so I changed to the Kindle addition.

I just prefer reading paper books. I used Kindle for a long time but I've started to prefer reading actual books again. It might be that I was using a Chromebook to read on so it was easy to get distracted but I had a Kindle and just stopped using it.

You also pay VAT on kindle books that you don't with regular books so by choosing the kindle version you're helping the country and are thus a hero.

I find the idea that taxation is theft rather comical as it's the most blatant and regular theft in history and nobody seems to be doing a thing about it?
