Not one judge is available? Really? I find that hard to believe.

Don’t believe a word of it, if this was some celeb wanting a super injunction over night they’d have found one no problem.

It all seems like an awful lot of time, money and effort to elect a strawberry floating moron.

Something here does not add up on any level. I’ve know my force to get a magistrate out of bed to sign a warrant for drugs/fraud. It’s bollocks that they can’t find a judge to sign this warrant. Also why the strawberry float are you telling the world about it before going in? Giving them the heads up to destroy and hide data.

I look forward to the court case when the judge demands he whips it out to prove it's not him.

About time something like this became big news. Facebook are a scummy company and most people aren't aware of what it is actually being done with their data, or they don't understand how dangerous it can be to give all that information to Facebook.

Even if you delete your account they keep the data and carry on logging new data against your deleted account.
If you never even signed up in the first place, Facebook will still have a profile on you and know which websites you visited thanks to tracking pixels and sites using their plugins.
