Gotten to.

It's like he doesn't know that he can't just do anything he wants without any kind of objection from the law and the constitution.

I wonder if he realizes he has no authority over this judge and cannot fire him?

Just think how people will look back on his presidency in 100 years, such an embarrassment for the planet.

Pence would be a typical Republican, allowing the House Republicans to do as they please with no friction between the two branches of government. He would probably be easier to defeat in 2020, as well.

That's why Trump needs to hire Chuck Norris to sign executive orders as nobody is stupid enough to go against an executive order signed by Chuck Norris.

Is it still 'civil disobedience' when the state is doing it?

Oh, and I have been reading up on Bannon and the guy is several times more terrifying than Trump. Trump is merely clueless, Bannon is actually malevolent. The guy thinks war is some kind of purifying and strengthening event. You know when Michael Cane has that line in the Dark Knight? Well, that's strawberry floating Bannon. Some men do actually just want to watch the world burn. The travel ban and the strange behaviour with Mexico make a lot more sense in context of his interviews. If you look at them at attempts to increase hostility towards the US from the Middle East and its immediate neighbour then they work brilliantly.

The government's own lawyer is suggesting there's nothing rational about this ban. :fp:

She's among the favorites to lead the ticket in 2020.

Hopefully with a younger foil she can get along with, like Obama/Biden were at the start. It'll probably be somebody as yet unknown (although Joaquin Castro could be a good pick), as the Democrats have a few younger politicians who would fit the bill.

To paraphrase It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, like Hillary she's a woman and therefore automatically shrill. Those white voters in the rust belt who abandoned the democrats for Trump aren't voting for her.
