Don't worry, he's white so no-one will think it's a sign he secretly hates America.

Americans will be bloody stunned that we can do an entire general election process with all the build-up in just 8 weeks and at a tiny fraction of the cost they need  .

just imagine how bored we'd be if our elections went like US elections with 18 months of campaigning and cost £2B although the battle busses would be pretty cool.

Rachel Maddow pretty much said how amazing it is that elections are so fast in Europe citing the UK's last election when it happened.

I've now changed my mind as the thought of £100m+ battle busses is just so awesome.
Pimp my battle bus could also be a huge hit for the BBC.

Given the state of the Labour Party, their battle bus would probably look like something out of a particularly entertaining episode of Scrapheap Challenge, more at home strawberry floating gooseberry fool up in Mad Max than on the election trail.

Some good nuclear-related news:

Trump has previously been highly critical of the Iran nuclear deal of course:

The Murdoch family have fired Bill strawberry float IT O'Reilly from Fox News according to NYMag and sources on Twitter. He's looking at a payoff of at least $20 million, and may still even get to say goodbye on-air.

Have you tried... opening the borders to the EU?

We tried those guys and it didn't work so lets try with some Koreans instead.
I'm sure the people of Ipswich will be delighted with the new lovely and polite Korean neighbours.

It would be a pretty big improvement i think.

This is the sort of stuff that a decent Dem candidate should be able to obliterate him with in 2020. They can't go soft on him and appear too political, they will need to go 100% all out and nail him.

Fox have confirmed O'Reilly has gone. I'd like to say I feel uneasy with people losing their jobs without having been found guilty of a crime, but it's Bill O'Reilly so strawberry float it!

Fox News Statement wrote:After a thorough and careful review of the allegations Bill O'Reilly will not be returning.

And that's it.

Along with advertisers pulling out, I wonder if they fired him because they're trying to make Fox and friends look 'good and proper' for purchasing Sky.
