So now I'm up to the happy birthday video(I'm stuck but don't spoil it for me, I'll figure it out), how cool is this strawberry floating game. The more I play the more I appreciate this game. It's creepy as hell and far and away my favourite in the series so far.

Just the wee bit I've played so far, I've had more enjoyment out of than all the other games(just my personal opinion mind guys, don't get all twisted knickers on me), four was far too action based for my tastes and the control system annoyed me on the older games

Anybody know the story on who created this reinvention or why Konami totally changed the format? They deserve a gooseberry fool load of praise for really upping the ante, and allowing the series to evolve.

I honestly can't talk highly enough of this game.

I chose to give the serum to Mia instead of Zoe, not sure if that's the right choice?

Are you asking because you want an answer?

It kind of is the right choice, the game plays out more or less the same, only real difference is that if you choose to save Mia then she lives at the end of the game. If you choose to save Zoe they both die.

I'm on the
ship
now. Do I get to go back to the mansion as I'm sure I missed out on a video after happen birthday as I saw another vcr. There is also a
light shape puzzle outside in the bushes in front of the trailer
that I didn't interact with.

This section isn't as interesting so far. It all looks the same and has a fair bit of backtracking.

Just finished. I need to play something happy for a bit.

31/32 files. FFS, I missed the second one.

I haven't read this thread due to spoilers, but will do. Just one thing I'm thinking:

If Ethan was hallucinating towards the end... he must be infected, right?

On to the DLC at the weekend.

No, sorry. Which tapes had you played?

Is there? I didn't see that.
Unless you mean the lights by the door that needs two coloured keys.

Yes, that's right. How else do you think his hand would be able to knit itself back on to his wrist?

gooseberry fool. If that's true, I've missed a shed load of stuff. I too am in the ship. I've just started the VCR tape bit.

I will need a break from it, but I will play through a second time and make sure I'm a bit more thorough.......

Ha, yeah I admit I hadn't thought about that much. Just went with the flow of RE crazy plot.

ghost hunters, hiding from the old dear and happy birthday. I've counted 4 vcrs though

Also just before the coloured key cards
rake about in the shrubs in front of the house, there is a place just like the spider and eagle bit, but the light isn't switched on

I just found out that it's
the wooden axe you use to look like a seven. You receive one of those injections

Did anyone else expect
a trophy for bursting all the balloons in the birthday party?

Glad it wasn't just me who wasted time doing that!

Don't worry, you've seen all the tapes in the house. The VCRs don't match up one for one.

I'll look out for that thing in the bushes next time. I thought I'd explored everywhere!

I did wonder what the axe was for. And I've just realised something else. I bet I could have used the toy gun to get back the broken shotgun, then used the repair kit on that instead of the broken pistol.

I found a second repair kit.

Axe

You mean the wooden toy? You use it on the shadow puzzle near the trailer to make a 7 shape
