I recently replayed the Gamecube version and it's one of the best games of all time. Well, it felt recent but it was probably a while ago now. Within the last year maybe? I'm so all over this anyway.

Started it again recently too. Forgot how rock hard it was. I think I must have played in on easy. Jump to Chris on normal and even the first zombie can get you. gooseberry fool controls but still great atmosphere.

Do we have a release date? Day one purchase for me! :wub:

The original game was redone for GC with high res and completly redone backgrounds and character models etc all increased detail poly count etc. As far as I can tell, its now in HD and the backgrounds have been rescanned AGAIN so its not just upscaled.

Basically its Resident Evil 1 only ridiculously gorgeous.
