aayl put on a fantastic showcase of Orange's super game! It was a lengthy show but it incorporated so many interesting and fun secrets from the adventure. Well worth a look; just click here to watch the vid!

I woke up with a much worsened cold so spent the morning in bed watching the stream back. I'm glad I sounded alright and there wasn't much of an issue with the delay! (What you don't hear is me muting all the time to sneeze.)

Had a fantastic time in both the first playthrough and the secrets showcase - it's really packed with some great easter eggs and some real sneaky secrets.

Not many games fans get to play through a genuine top tier game (easily makes it into my top 10 for the year) with personalised dev commentary, so thanks again to OR for both making the game and spilling the tea with me!

Play it guys, you won't regret it!

Aw man I can't believe there were still so many secrets I never saw, this game crazy. Cool to see more stuff in the world. I don't think I ever found that juice bar D: Warping between the magic shops would have been very useful to know too haha

Thanks for uploading this! I've just commented with timestamps for a bunch of the interesting secrets, for anyone who wants to jump through without watching the full three and half hours! I also timestamped all of the treasure tokens so this video is currently the closest thing to a guide, at least until I write up a walkthrough properly 8-)

Think Aaron should capitalise on that by renaming the VoD. Pretty sure his would be the best guide around by a mile.

Not a bad idea! Something like "Resonant Tale (Playdate) 100% Secrets Walkthrough with Developer Chat" probably hits all of the search terms. Edit the timestamps into the description too if you like.

I've been playing around with a few new Pulp projects, but at the moment I'm thinking a proper Resonant Tale follow up would be made in the full SDK. That's a ways off though!

Single screen mario maker puzzles came up in some playdate dev chat yesterday, I linked through to the last AYAMMM showcase of some 8-)

Those single screen Mario Maker levels are still some of the best I think :wub:

I keep kicking myself because I wasn't particularly consistent at copying the videos across to the GR YouTube channel so there are some rounds with really cool levels that people made which are now lost in time! :cry:
