Seeing that Sega logo on a SNES box feels so... very... wrong.

My attempt on Halo, done in Paint.

I should mention, that bit in the top right is meant to look messy, that's how Nintendo did it.

Been watchign that thread for a while, it's great. Here are some other great ones, the Uncharted one is brilliant, really does look like a NES game.

That RE5 box is awesome.

Capcom should totally re-release the game with that box.

The Metal Gear Solid 4 and Resi 5 NES box art are pure win.

This though would have meant me never going to PlayStation:

SOTC, Crysis and Silent Hill 2 are my favourites so far, mainly because they don't just paste the modern box art onto and older box.

That hasn't been. Nor has the Final Fantasy VII on Saturn.

I never said that was the exclusive reason, did I? And that MGS4 one still doesn't really look like a NES box to me. SOTC and SH2 captured the NES boxes perfectly. As did Crysis with the Master System box.

It's supposed to be in an early 90s cartoony style with Sonic style enemies, but I can't draw :shifty:
