I can see it being suited to Vita more than the PS3.

I read that if you buy the Vita version you get the PS3 version free, and vice-versa.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

If it didnt look the way it does I doubt many people would be so hyped for it.

Define "a bit gooseberry fool". If it didn't look that way it would defeat the purpose of the game.

i'm thinking.... with out the fantastic graphics, Alan Wake wouldn't quite be as good and that is just one of the many.

of course, if that's not what you meant by "you don't need flashy graphics for a good game", then apologies.

I don't think Staydead was saying that graphics can never be a factor in a game's quality, just that in many cases, they don't need to be. Many games can be utterly fantastic and still have very simple graphics.

Yes, Alan Wake would lose a lot of its atmosphere if it didn't have flashy graphics, and the quality of that particular game would suffer. However, Minecraft is strawberry floating amazing, and it looks like a PS1 and N64 had a harlequin baby.

Saying this looks a bit gooseberry fool because it's pixellated is like saying The Artist is gooseberry fool because it's silent and black and white.

Played the first mission. Loving all the references to film and game. (The Dark Knight and Frogger in the 1st mission)
