More GameCube today.

This time it's the Pearl White console. As this came out later it's only got the analogue connection, the digital has been removed by this time.

The left controller is the associated Pearl White controller and the right the Japan only Pure White controller that was released in 2008 for Melee players.

Games wise it's FF oddity Crystal Chronicles. If you were lucky enough to have three whole friends and then on top of that all three of them had Gameboy Advances you could link them to the Cube for multiplayer fun times.

Battalion Wars is number 2 which was marketed as console Advance Wars but was really nothing like it. It sold well enough to warrant a sequel on the Wii, which was also nothing like Advance Wars.

Final is failed Capcom experiment and Vanquish prequel - P.N.03. It was too much for them to actually call it Product Number 03 so they shortened it.

That's a great set of Cube stuff, Sandy! Three pretty unusual titles, too.

I've not owned a Cube and I didn't know that later models removed a port. I recall seeing that white version bundled with the Mario Strikers game; I was tempted but stuck with my Xbox! It's surprising just how many GRcadians seem to have been Cube players.

Grabbed Rad gravity for the NES today for £3.50 from an indy shop, I have a few memories of it being a pretty decent game.

Your charity shops have much better finds than ours which tend to just have old Fifa games and Singstars.

The charity shops here don't even know what games are.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

I went in to a little indy store today and grabbed a few bits Virtual soccer for the SNES cart only for £2, Nigel Mansells world championship racing for the snes cart only £2, Fifa for the megadrive cart only £1, madden 2000 for the Gameboy Colour cart only for 50p and World Soccer for the Master system complete for £2... Nothing amazing but its still fun to go and have a look. I was more impressed with getting Ever Oasis from there for 3DS for £16

World Soccer had a weird glitch where you could make the keeper teleport across the pitch during a goal kick, often resulting in a free goal. used to really annoy my younger brother as he could never do it and would storm off after I'd win something like 15-1.

thats the funny thing people moan about how modern games are patched and glitchy and how old games never where and yet some of them clearly had issues I remember World Soccer having the teleporting player and another game having it where if you shot it into your own net it would count as you had scored and you could win by just kicking it into your own goal again and again.
