It's been announced by Amazon to release on Japan and (I believe? Worldwide) on the 21st of April.

Not sure how it's going to work whether it's subs for international viewers, but I can't help but say I'm super excited.

Takeshi Doll — During a prolonged period when Takeshi was forbidden to appear on television (his punishment for an act of violence against reporters and photogs from a scandal magazine), one of the Emerald Guards filled in by wearing his robe and a giant papier-mâché Takeshi head, similar to ones worn by sports team mascots.

I had no idea this is why "Takeshi Kitano" was wearing a paper mache head in some episodes. I just assumed it was some joke they never explained. :lol:
