Uhm... well... I dunno, Octo... I can recall the months (years?) of talk and forum posting about how the XBO "couldn't do" 1080p; so much so that it was almost comical
. Sony made a huge advertising push behind the PS4 being the "world's most powerful console". Sure, the XBO launch price, Kinect and the "can't share discs" fiasco didn't help MS... but much of the perception about the Sony console was that it was more powerful than the XBO.

Yeah, I don't think it was, either. However, I wish Sony had taken an approach of making it far more clearer to the user about how the extra power was being utilised by games. Even now, not many games seem to have clear menu options for using the power... well, not much beyond "near 4K"
or "60 FPS", anyway. Don't get me wrong - I own and really like the console! - but I feel that Pro utilisation is pretty murky for the most part.
