OK so someone's hacked my Xbox Live account...

I got a bunch of emails about half an hour ago saying I purchased some Microsoft points, which I didn't.

I've cancelled my card and changed all my passwords but I can't get through to Xbox support (closed I think). What's the point in adding points to my account? Is there anything else I should do?

Quick show of hands - has anyone here not had their Live account hacked? It might be quicker this way.
