Cool work, Jazzem. I think that I will stick to standard ("performance") mode for the 60fps factor.

Edit: Hang on... there are improvements to the visual quality in performance mode, too? Great stuff!

Definitely do! Performance really isn't hit all that hard visually compared to Quality, and aye it's a big improvement over what it was before

Just delving into the options (on the Switch version) and I realised that I have colour-blind mode activated - which is cool - but i hadn't realised that the effect is to turn the two team colours to blue and orange. I haven't played it any other way... I'd though that blue and orange where the standard team colours! Do you guys see different colours, then?

Had fun playing but damn I don’t know how you guys keep up with it!

What camera setting does people use? I have Ball Cam switched on but I can’t judge when to time jumps. When the ball flyes into the air the Ball Cam cuts the car out so it’s really difficult to see where your car is.

Are there more, deeper options for the camera or have you guys got any tips?

The best thing to do with the camera is have ball cam off, but set the camera as far back as you can go in the general camera settings, so you can see more of the pitch.

Turn ball cam on and off as needed, but don't stay in ball cam for long periods of time, or as you said, the camera shoots up and you can't see where your car is pointing.

I say this as someone who isn't yet good enough to time jumps either, but that's what I've gathered from watching Pedz' streams on Twitch, and he's pretty good.

Cool, I’ll have a muck about with the settings later and see what works best for me!

Use ball cam 99% of the time, don't use it when you're looking to find a boost.

Okay. Last night I purchased some "rocket crate keys" because I wanted to get one or two of the great paint jobs that were advertised. I used one key and got some lousy decal that I didn't want.

But... how do I use the decal? I can see it in the "manage inventory" section but I can't see how to apply it to my car. EDIT: Ah! The decal is Masamune Kawaii... so I could've only use it if I buy the Masamune car?

And... how do I open another crate? I can't see an option for doing so?!? .

Oh, man, yeah. I have never bought loot boxes before but the flashy paint jobs / decals tempted me. Even though the chances of getting one of them seems to be pretty small. I didn't know that you only get one item per key. And, upon further digging, it seems that the appearance of loot boxes to actually open is randomised, too .

Just crazy. I'm annoyed with myself for spending four quid on (a) a cack decal that I didn't want and (b) a couple more boxes that I can't yet open. Ah well, I guess I've learned a lesson .
