That was a strawberry floating joke of an end to that game. French team up to some shady gooseberry fool with that sudden head injury assessment, and then Barnes totally losing control of things.

France using rolling subs apparently.

Basically cheating. Should be investigated.

Shambles. Probably didn't deserve a grand slam given the overall performances in the tournament, but that was awful. Well played Ireland.

Top of the morning to Ireland. Absolutely well & truly outclassed us.

England were atrocious, Itoje gave away enough pens to lose singelhandedly

Also I take it the feed from the match was from Irish tv?
All the "how dare they tackle Sexton" replays were amusing.

Didn't play well for much of the tournament so didn't deserve the slam.

Bit of a weird 6 Nations really.

And with that, a mighty cheer went up from the England players - they had managed to avoid the record. Because it was haunted. Now let's all celebrate with all cool glass of non-grand slam Championship.

Great day out in Dublin watching the lads beat the English out of sheer spite. Fantastic to see.

The last bit of the France Wales game  79 minuted of utter shite and then that.

Fair play to ireland - England never look convincing at any point and gave away so many penalties that they didnt deserve a win.

**rant incoming**

We invited a mate up for the weekend to come and watch the games down at the local pub, because it has 'a great atmosphere and is really friendly".

Utter strawberry floating banana splits.

I've never encountered such one sided, racist, banana split behaviour in the 4 years i've been living here as we did during those two matches. First off, the ref for the france game got a whole pub booooooo when he first appeared along with someone shouting, "ENGLISH banana split". We didnt gloat or anythign when france eventually won, clapped respectfully and then I went to the bar to ask if they'd please put the england game on (as they were just sat watching the after chat). The barmaid then said, right in my face, "Yes sure... COME ON IRELAND!" :| Then the whole pub started up. Every time a penalty got given to Ireland, the place would erupt. Sign of an england injury? "oooooo poooor lad, oh someone give him a kiss" There was one poor guy on his own in an enlgand top, being really quiet trying to enjoy it and one bloke got up, walked over to him, kissed the top of his head and said, "english banana splits". :| (to be fair his welsh mate next to him told him to strawberry float off and stop being a wanker).

When the game finished, the whole place was jumping around, hugging each other, one woman was wiping away tears of joy, then some clown at the bar started singing, "stiiiiiick your chariot up yourrrrrr arrrssseeeeee" and the whole pub then did the same for the next 20 mins. The one england fans left in tears from the pointing and abuse.

My mrs who would normally defend Wales to the last got so upset she went over to the biggest group of them and told them to shut up and said, "can I just remind you wales just lost, why are you being like this?"

"BECAUSE ENGLAND FANS ARE ARROGANT WANKERS"

"Well those two over there are england fans and you dont see them gloating over france winning"

"...well they must be the exception then. STIIIIICK YOUR CHARIOT UP YOUUUURRR ARSEEEEEEEE"

Absolute bunch of xenophobic, racist, petty small minded inbred strawberry floats the lot of them. Thats the last time i ever support Wales in anything now, strawberry float them and that attitude.

Totally ruined our day. banana splits.

Seriously? That's ridiculous. I've watched England play teams on tv in Cardiff pubs before a Welsh game live three or four times and although we generally want the non-English team to win, I've never seen anyone be actively unpleasant to any England fans. Sorry you had to deal with that mate.
