Not really, couldn't see ourselves losing :shifty:

Would actually be interesting if we lost

What, by having your loosehead scoring your only try! Who do you think you are, England... ;)

So it's over then. Bring on 2015 when we actually host it in a REAL country, with a nice time zone. ;)

France would have won that if it wasn't for the "one rule for McCaw, another for everyone else" attitude that all referees have adopted ever since Wayne Barnes got death threats for reffing him properly.

Didn't see the whole match but from what I did see (and from what I saw) the referee let the ABs get away with murder.

Still, glad the French didn't win.

It's a funny old game. I thought France were lucky to beat Wales despite the man advantage but I think they were really unlucky not to win today! They were the better side for looooong stretches of the game. Really enjoyed the match in general and glad NZ got there in the end but they made it bloody hard for themselves!

Have the venues been confirmed yet? Any luck for Murrayfield getting a few matches? I'd be well annoyed if the Millenium Stadium got a few pool matches and we didn't :x

Aye, venues confirmed as:

Twickenham
Wembley (London)
Old Trafford (Manchester)
Millennium Stadium (Cardiff)
Emirates Stadium (London)
St James' Park (Newcastle)
Anfield (Liverpool)
Elland Road (Leeds)
Ricoh Arena (Coventry)
St Mary's Stadium (Southampton)
Welford Road (Leicester)
Kingsholm Stadium (Gloucester)

Not really surprised there's no Scottish stadiums involved - why would there be? Looks like Newcastle's your best best, Scotty.

True, I'll probably be back in Scotland by then. Shocked that Wembley was picked :o That'll annoy the league fans!

I really don't see the Premiership football clubs allowing themselves to be turfed out for a weekend for rugby myself. Where have they been confirmed as definite?

Well, here initially: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/8170488.stm

I guess things can change, but I don't see why they'd say it and mention all those football stadiums if they end up not being able to use them.

Well that's something I would agree with you on. You could argue credit to the guy for getting away with it but I'm not so sure...
