Climbing is very tomb raider/uncharted with little user interaction. Also human enemies and human combat is poor. Oh and the melee attacks are shockingly weak against humans. But all small complaints with a brilliant game.

What level are you?

Level 34 I think. I have all purple weapons and all but the last few upgrades.

Hardly touched the story and level 35 myself lol

Just hit the 30 hour mark and at level 35, the main quest mission I'm on is the one after you've gotten to Meridian and found the secret cellar in the chaps home. Just unlocked my second cauldron so I can now override the likes of Thunderjaws and other big bastard machines.

Game completion is at 46.23%.

Going back and forward between this and Breath of the Wild is a bitch. I keep trying to jump with 'Triangle' and run with 'X' :dread:

It's a super game though

It really does look amazing BOR, that's the reason that even after 36 hours on the clock I still make my own way across the gigantic map rather than fast travel because it's just so god damn stunning!

Having been canny ill most of this week which was exacerbated by forcing myself to work long shifts to make time up at work has meant I haven't had a chance to play this since last Saturday. I can't wait to get home tonight, have a few beers and get stuck back in.

I think I'm at the final mission so I've wondered off to mop up some side quests but I believe once you complete it you can carry on playing.

I thought I'd lost everything in this earlier. I fired my PS4 up for the first time since the recent firmware update and instead of seeing the Horizon logo on the dashboard it simply said "Data corrupt" and the only option was to eject the disc. Thankfully after putting the disc back a few minutes later everything was fine.

I suppose losing everything was a bit of an exaggeration as I could have always download my saves from cloud storage but I thought the disc had somehow become corrupted too, not sure if that's even a possibility since they are read only.

In the game do infected fight non infected creatures if they meet?

As I had a infected zone with three giant mole things. Was struggling but I think a mole was killed by two normal crocodiles. As I found loads of robot bodies around.

Wish my image sig would work

Are any of the side quests missable? Twice now I have seen a side quest marker appear only for it to vanish a little while later.

I often have vanishing markers. I just go into quests in the menu, make sure whatever one I want to do is active and then place a waypoint on map. If it vanishes fir whatever reason enroute I just redo the process and it always seems to prompt a other waypoint/marker to appear.

I meant the green exclamation marks that mark new side quests. On two occasions I have seen one crop up but because I was in the middle of something I ignored them then when I went to return later the marker had vanished.

Oh got you. To be honest I tend to trigger those regardless of what I'm doing as then they are automically added to the quest log. I'm actually not sure if I've missed any myself now.
