State of Play Coming 31 January 22:00 GMT

Well, it seems a known insider who has previously correctly revealed the last State of Play and its content has returned, giving us a rough date and once again teasing what is coming in it.

Nearly everything is the usual stuff you'd expect, but there's something interesting among those teases.

"Sonic will live in the shadow of his generation"

Uh... A Sonic Generations... port? Remaster? That's what most seem to think, but... shadow of his generation? Are we sure this isn't Adventure related?

Anyway, new State of Play incoming.

Looking forward to seeing more of Rise of the Ronin.

This year there aren’t a lot of games I’m looking forward to announced so far. Indiana Jones, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Rise of the Ronin, Dragon’s Dogma 2 and that’s it, so hopefully they’ll be some announcements in this to get me excited.

Quite an underwhelming line-up which isn't giving me any reason to get a PS5.

Going by those rumours, I"m well up for seeing Death Stranding 2 and a new Metro game.

Not particularly excited by the rumoured line up but I'll give it a watch to see if anything surprises me

Death Stranding 2 is about exciting as any potential game announcement could be for me, plus Kojima trailers are always the best, so I will be watching this.

SURELY we get Erdtree release date news.
