They said the 'Every screen is an Xbox' phrase about 4 years ago also.

Perhaps it has been a case of some screens being an Xbox but now even more screens will be?

I think they are planning on rolling the initiative out to Fly Screens now.

I reckon the "podcast" format is so that it can be recorded relatively last-minute. Plans have perhaps been changing over the past days as "(Platform name) everywhere" becomes the latest buzz.

"Xbox everywhere!"
"PlayStation everywhere!"
"Nintendo 5pm to 6pm on Tuesdays only and please re-purchase your games!"

Will this be a filmed podcast you can watch on YT, or is it a weekly existing podcast that I need to access through a dedicated podcast app?

Sounds like the 4 games are SoT/Grounded (2 service based games) & Hi-Fi Rush/Pentiment.
