Looking again through it, if it actually is real then she's an extremely good surgeon to be able to make such massive cuts yet still be able to not hit any major veins, either that or someone else uploaded all those pictures for her, because if she made the sort of cuts she did on her arm, I would imagine she would be bleeding profusely so much so that we probably wouldn't even be able to see the bone.

My mum just put forward a theory based on the amount of blood. Could be someone using a cadaver.
