The Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection ‘Ultimate Pack’ is releasing for the PSP in Japan on March 24 and is offering quite the fan-service package if I do say so myself. The package comes bundled with Final Fantasy IV, The After Years, a game guide, an artbook, and a 17-track audio CD called “Final Fantasy IV The After Years Sounds Plus.”

This pack is a Square Enix E-Store exclusive, so if you want the goods listed you must purchase the collection from that site.

Again, the Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection and the Ultimate Pack are currently a Japan release only, but of course we will keep you guys informed if other news breaks on the matter.

I might've been interested if it were a FFIII style complete redoing, but it just seems to be an "enhanced" version of the PS1 game.

Disappoint :( What's the After Years, though?

Could be worse; could be yet another rehash of Final Fantasy 1.

I suppose, but if I really wanted to play the PS1 version FFIV on my PSP I could've done it ages ago.

Just received this this morning from Game (£15.99 on there and it's in their 'Pay to Play' promotion) and my God, the graphics are absolutely beautiful. This is how you remake a 16-bit RPG.

This was the first FF I ever played (only about 5 years ago on the GBA mind) so it's going to be awesome to play through it all plus the extras again as I never got around to downloading The After Years on Wii. Really nice package with the art cards and and arranged soundtrack too.

I loved this on the GBA, since I'll have a bit more money on the way soon I might have to pick up this and a PSP. I'm a bit disappointed to hear it won't have the original bastard-like difficulty though, surely this should be an optional feature?

Just stuck it on for a bit and it looks very polished. Looking forward to playing it but I need to get more hours of Dissidia under my belt first
