A word of warning for anyone going into the beta - make this macro

Because you are going to strawberry floating need it - there are hundred of strawberry floating spammers using "/c interact "item name" on mission objects and they're all standing on the items making it impossible to select them - that macro drops and raises graphic settings so it makes all character disappear for 2-3 seconds, enough time to select the item before it gets completely covered. Oh and prepare to turn off /say chat window too, because you'll never see any proper chat with the spammers going mental

After my original MMORG (Runescape) decided to get greedy and start selling xp I'm interest in a new MMORG. Does anyone know how the non combats skills compare to RS and how levelling works in Wow. Also is it not pretty gay that you can't interact with people you know because they are on another server?

You can chat with people on other servers if you add their Blizzard ID. Then you can chat to them no matter what Blizzard game they are playing.

Can't help you with Runescape though.

Levelling comes through numerous quests in the world, each section of the world is tierd for certain levels and then they have huge quest chains. You can also level through Dungeons or PVP all depending what your game type is.

Maybe you were hacked and a bot was using your account to bot?

Would seem that way, Characters on my account called ' Hgfkuyrty ' Level 1 In Stormwind is clearly up to no good. Sent them a ticket, hopefully it'll be resolved tomorrow.

You shouldn't have any problems then. Sorry to hear it happened to you, sucks. When I got hacked and they took all my stuff, Luckily I got it all back, but it was frustrating as hell knowing someone had been on my account. Hopefully they sort it for you soon. ^^

I've restored everything that looks to have been lost during your compromised, and you can find all your items and gold in the mail, while if you lost any honor or arena points, these are added directly back onto your character! If you find anything missing, give us a shout =)

They're sending me a free Authenticator too 'cause i moaned at them 8-)

Quite happy it got sorted so quickly, normally i'd have to wait 10 days for a ticket to be answered..

To start off with i'd probably go for any PVE server, learn the basics on there. PVP servers i find are the most fun though, so it wouldn't hurt to make an Alt over on one too.

What the strawberry float is that. It looks like they've been kept in the dark too long and mushrooms have started growing all over them.

That blue one has to be a troll drood. If you roll a troll you deserve that gooseberry fool (ditto nelfs with all that burple and green), but tauren droods... tauren = muted colours, not strawberry floating luminous magic marker-esque gooseberry fool.

Losing tree form was bad enough, but this is the final straw.

Finally got the Insane title last week, I have to say it really wasn't too bad. I will absolutely punch someone if I ever have to pick another pocket or kill another pirate again, but compared to before Cataclysm it was a piece of piss. Darkmoon Faire's a joke to get rep with, and the absense of Shen'dralar is a godsend. All told it took about two weeks and a couple of thousand gold for cloth to get the goblin reps back up, a far cry from the months and months of grinding and tens of thousands of gold it would have taken before.

Oh, and got mount number 146 today
