It did get me back on Nintendo hardware, so maybe you are right. Plus I still think the Wii U was better for my requirements (a lag free second screen to use around the house) than the Switch.

I really regret selling my Amiga 1200 with HDD and games to help finance a move to Russia, where I needed to survive off my savings until I found a job.

I think I took quite a few off you as a joblot - Zelda: Four Swords might have been included?

I got loads of rare GC games from here, as the console died and Rome burned. Chalky and melatonin had fire sales as well.

Probably going to be my retirement fund.

If it makes you feel better, I bought the DS Dragon Quest games for about a tenner at Gamestation, but traded them in when I was a poor student.
