Hello chaps! Those of you who follow the fitness and running threads will know I've worked quite hard over the last 18 months or so to lose some weight and get running.
Cancer has taken some pretty great people recently from my life extremely prematurely (as it has from so many people) and Cancer Research UK do some amazing work to try and improve the current and future treatments of the disease.
As such, I decided to do a few runs to raise some moneys. My fundraising has reached almost £800 which I'm extremely happy with but I'm desperate to make four figures.
I've run five half marathons now for this now, with another half on the 19th and then the Brighton Marathon (which the odds are stacked towards breaking me) on the 9th April.
Some of you have already supported me and I'm incredibly grateful to you all (I remember who you all are
).
If you read this when I posted it a few months ago and meant to donate but never quite got around to it, or if this is the first time you've seen my plea, if you could throw even 50p or a pound in with gift aid, I'd be so massively grateful. I know it's a huge ask to a group of people who barely know me (I'm nice... promise)
