ShopTo's new membershit system :fp:

As a way to thank our loyal ShopTo customers we are pleased to introduce a Membership Scheme. While all our customers will of course continue to receive the same top quality ShopTo service we have introduced this scheme to reward our regular users with a range of extra special benefits! There are 3 automatic membership levels of bronze, silver and gold. All customers start at bronze and work their way up to silver then gold as they make more purchases. There is also an additional membership level of Trader. This level is automatically applied to any account that we suspect may be trading. This prevents those who purchase from us just to re-sell receiving the same benefits that we want our genuine loyal customers to receive. The initial purchase levels for membership are as follows: Gold: Customers who purchase 50 or more unique products. Silver: Customers who purchase 25 or more and less than 50 unique products. Bronze: Customers who purchase fewer than 25 products. Trader: Customers who purchase 3 units or more of the same product to re-sell.
Benefits:

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Customers who purchase 50 or more unique products over a 12 month period will receive Gold Membership status. In order to maintain your Gold Membership you will need to purchase 40 products over the following 12 months or you will be downgraded to Silver. You can keep track of your purchase levels in your ShopTo account.

* Pre-Orders: Gold Members pre-orders are processed first when stock arrives in.
* Special Prices: Special offers and prices just for our Gold Members.
* £1.50 Monthly Discount Voucher: Each month you will be e-mailed a £1.50 voucher to credit to your ShopTo account balance (this code must be redeemed within 1 month and the credit used within 6 months).
* Customer Support: Access to an alternative free-phone number that will get you straight through to a senior member of our Customer Service team.
* Returns: If you wish to return an unwanted item we will credit your ShopTo account up to £2.99 for the return postage cost or if its hardware we will collect the item free of charge.
* Delivery Emergencies: In the event of a Royal Mail strike we will upgrade delivery of your purchase to a courier company free of charge to ensure you receive your item without delay.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP

Customers who purchase 25 or more and less than 50 unique products over a 12 month period will receive Silver Membership status. In order to maintain your Silver Membership you will need to purchase 20 products over the following 12 months or you will be downgraded to Bronze. You can keep track of your purchase levels in your ShopTo account.

* Pre-Orders: Silver Members pre-orders are processed immediately after our Gold Members.
* Special Prices: Special offers and prices just for our Silver Members.

Its not a perk. It's saying people who don't order from them very often will go to the bottom the pile when processing preorders
