Managed to contact Simon at Video Gamer and they are going to give me a shout out on next weeks podcast and donate to my just giving page 8-)

Game are going to be giving me something to raffle off.

I will be looking to maybe put anyone's name in a hat who donate and pick one at random.

Contacted head office also emailed Amazon and Asda.

Not properly launched my efforts as I'm waiting for the Ice Bucket stuff to die down on facebook a bit, which leads me to believe it was someone on here. That and they make a reference to "Cheeky Devlin". So thanks whoever it was, for getting me off the starting line!

Heard back from my works Charities department today and they've very kindly donated £50 to my cause. Awesome! :wub:

I also finally launched my campaign on facebook and twitter. Hopefully it'll get me some attention and some donations!

I have been put in touch with a PR company and they are doing a press release soon about the event

Should have something from Game soon about there support.

I think they are giving me a physical item to raffle off.

PR company have done the press release on the charity and I managed to get a mention.

Once it has been published I should be able to upload and link here.

Oh dear. To be fair, they probably have a very limited budget for this kind of thing. They could have given you a gift card or something though!

Tried to pin down my games list.

Looking at Diablo 3, Drive Club, Rouge Legacy and maybe COD Ghost.

Managed to get a shout out on the IGN UK pod cast today too.

Cool. I'm still working on my list but its gonna look something like this:

I'm gonna add another two games, and potentially swap out a couple depending on how I feel closer to the time.

I also did a test run of my stream.

EDIT: Took it out as it wasn't embedding properly. I'll post it once it's done.

It's still processing on Youtube so you can't get 720p yet, but I just wanted to see how stuff looks on it. I know the "Currently Playing" text is wrong and the timers aren't on but that's pretty much the look I'm going for. I'll probably do one more with everything finalised before the actual event.
