Going by new vids on YouTube, the game appears to have a sixty-up-to-maybe-ninety-minute story, with many folk enjoying it; a good flavour of Silent Hill that horror fans should think is worth playing.

I won't be trying it myself; even that preview in the State of Play looked scary :lol:

I just noticed this IGN "hands-on impressions" article about the game. The game has some heavy, intense themes and it might be worth taking a quick scan over the article if you're unsure about whether you'd be comfortable trying a game with these aspects.

It does get scary but once it happened to you a lot, you'll work out what to do and got used to it.

It is pretty good for a free game. I'm impressed. The theme of the game hits me hard as I know a young person is going through the same thing.

I'm very hopeful for future Silent Hill games now. This is nothing like that disaster of a mobile game.

Enjoying this so far but I hope future Silent Hill doesn’t go this way it’s very much like a resident evil clone
