I used to add a few dashes of this http://www.chileseeds.co.uk/products/20-minute-burn-extreme-chilli-sauce-713.php whenever I made chilli. It provided more heat than most people I know could handle... I really should get another bottle.

I use stewing beef or a mix of beef/lamb/pork instead of mince and use beer (IPA usually but a stout works too) and a stock cube instead of making the stock with water. Try it sometime, its pretty fantastic.

You know full well that a Fray Bentos “Just Steak” Pie would end up winning if I ever ran a “Best type of cake” poll.

Wouldn't that depend on if it's on wiki?

I cook a massive batch in the slowcooker and then make a load of tortillas which can be used with the leftovers.

Breakfast this morning was inspired by this thread.
Avocado on toast with fried eggs.

Super quick, time from raw ingredients to plate is about 4-5 minutes.

Super simple. All the avocados need is a splash of lemon juice, cracked black pepper and a good pinch of salt. If you're feeling adventurous, chilli and garlic can be added too.

Then fry the eggs!

And it's super tasty. I could eat eggs and avocado everyday.
I used to hate avocado as well!
