Gone from categorically denying everything to "It was only banter"

One person's banter in the work place is another person's bullying. Someone should have probably pointed that out to "Sir" Phillip. And who is he to decide what another person finds offensive? Typical bully boy behaviour.

Ghastly little man. I really hope he gets his just deserts.
