The sky broadband offer thing. Is it the case thst you can only get the channel on sky if u sign up to the broadband offer?

I think they are adding the channel for anybody that subscribes to Sky Sports and as a bonus you can get free broadband for 2 years. Sounds like that is for existing customers only, although I don’t know if that means existing Sky Sports customers or Sky Broadband customers (or both).

Free broadband and Dutch football can’t be too bad though. ;)

Excuse for Sky to hike the bill up.

Fact is the channel will be dead next year when champions league is gone and BT will increase their price no doubt. So will Sky even though champions league football has gone drop the price? No the excuse will be we launched another channel and signed the Dutch football rights.

And they really need to drop the £5 hd price too.

That's not a fact ,that's your opinion.Unless you have a time machine or can look into the future .

You think Sky will drop the price once they lose the European competitions?

No it is a fact.

Italian, German and French football rights are secured until 2017 and 2018 on BT. BT will bid for la liga when the rights go up next year.

So tell me Degoose how does a European football channel last with no French, German, Italian rights? No champions league from next season. And the prospect of losing La Liga next year too.
