PostSky Broadband issue - best way to contact them?

So I signed up to Sky fibre unlimited with phone package that they had for Black Friday, my activation date was yesterday. Tried to go online and it’s still not activated, checked my account online and yep it does say it’s not activated.

Anyone on Sky had this issue when setting up? I need to contact them today whilst at work and trying navigate the site to get a way to contact them is a bloody nightmare!! Do they have a live chat option I can use or does anyone have a direct contact number to get through to the Broadband team?

Check here,

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sk ... contact-us

Just click through carrying on manually, and say No about joining in the last two weeks, otherwise it'll just tell you to check your activation date.

It'll come through to give you three options.

Contacting via Facebook Messenger for Live Chat (You need a Facebook account for this)
SMS message Live Chat - 07860015209
Phone call - 03300 413 000

The live chat options open at 8:30am.

Last time i had to call, i was on hold for 40 minutes.

You probably will need to do that though, just expect to wait a while.

Cheers both, turned out (after lots of ringing and waiting)that BT never cancelled my old sub so they had to action that before Sky could take over.

All fixed now!
