I'm wondering if anyone can help with a wireless issue a relative is having with her Sky wifi. Everything was working fine until about a month ago when most of her wireless devices would no longer connect, services like Spotify and Netflix just refuse to work on tablets and phones (same with the ps4). Wired connections are fine and Sky's technical support say everything is fine on their end.

Anyone come across something like this before? I've tried changing the wifi channels and the security settings but that didn't work.

Looks the same as above. I'm wondering if a firmware update on the Hub has changed something somewhere. General browsing works it's just Spotify, netflix etc that won't.

Might be some weird thing with your router's firewall? Try (temporarily) disabling it, to see if that's the cause. Also make sure NAT UPnP is turned on.
