Remember Amy Hennig's big AAA, story-driven project with Skydance Media announced back in 2019? Good news: it's a Marvel game.

Skydance announced the collaboration with Marvel Entertainment today, though it's not ready to reveal further details about which Marvel characters might be involved in their endeavor. All we know is that it is being marketed as a "narrative-driven, blockbuster action-adventure game" and "a completely original story and take on the Marvel Universe."

"I can't imagine a better partner than Marvel for our first game," said Hennig. "The Marvel Universe epitomizes all the action, mystery and thrills of the pulp adventure genre that I adore and lends itself perfectly to an interactive experience. It's an honor to be able to tell an original story with all the humanity, complexity, and humor that makes Marvel characters so enduring and to enable our players to embody these heroes that they love."

So we have had Spider-Man, Avengers, GOTG and Wolverine, what could this one be? Daredevil would be cool

Awesome, hopefully a Marvel property that hasn't had much attention in recent years.

Blade would be cool, and there's a film in development.

I like her stuff, and I like the MCU but Marvel is already dominating movies and TV, I'd rather it not take over gaming and all.

Could very well be a female lead Marvel game, Janina stars in other games such as Battlefront II and the upcoming Forspoken

I’m hoping for a game focused on Luis from Ant-Man.

I wonder if Black Panther will bring up how strawberry floating gooseberry fool it is for black people in America in 1943 or if they'll be immediate buddies after they fight.

Trailer looks strawberry floating cool though!

Edit saw this recently, jump to 25.30

A film, also from 1943 telling Yanks how to behave in England. At 25.30 it basically says "White people might be polite to black people over there and you'll just have to live with it"

Not watched the vid but I thought that looked like Burgess Meredith in the image and it is.
