The album isn't formally released until next Monday (June 18), but can be heard in full now. The album is the seventh full-length effort of the band's career.
Had a brief listen, already sounds like a return to form

As much as I've faithfully bought everything they've done since Mellon Collie, I have to agree with Winckle - and even MC was a rollercoaster of quality. I saw the Pumpkins live late last year and it was brilliant. I really hope this is good.

Well this is easily the best Pumpkins album since Siamese Dream and up there with the best. Corgan has ditched the over-produced approach of the last album and gone with a more traditional Pumpkins sound. You can actually hear guitars on this record

Just given it a few listens and I'm liking it so far. Maybe not quite as instantly stand out as his best stuff so far but definitely a step in the right direction and like Minto said, more guitars!

Yeah it really is rather splendid. Corgan doesn't half make it tough for his fans to "get" a lot of the songs on recent albums but this one
