Is anybody else hoping that Ad7 gets all of his SNES Mini pre-orders but that they are all the US shape? :slol:

Ffffuuuuu... I might write to Nintendo to make that happen.

Shame there's no way of writing to a celeb any more to get them to make your dreams come true.

There is, just put 'C.O. Stangeways Prison' in the top left corner.

The US SNES looks awful. Even the re-design didn't look as good as the JP/PAL model.

I like all of the NES designs though, whether it's the original, the toploader or the Famicom, and especially the latter.

For what Poser wants, he will need to write to Woodlands Cemetery, Scarborough.

Looks like the N64 Mini may be on the way for 2018 or 19....

Nintendo files trademark application for Nintendo 64 controller

Not to worry, I'm sure Nintendo will make loads...

Inevitable lack of Rare games aside, I'd love to play Mario 64 with the original controller and without N64s horrible composite cable blurring.

If they do an N64 mini it'll be interesting to see which games they pick, how they handle the (lack of) Rare games, how they handle the controller (mainly the analogue stick), do they bundle more than one controller, etc.

I don't think there will be as many, & certainly not the 21 titles included in the SNES Mini. I think you've got 7 guarantees at least. I can't see them wanting more than 3 or 4 Mario titles on there though.

Headliners

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Mario 64
Mario Kart 64
Pilotwings 64
Wave Race 64
1080° Snowboarding
Star Fox 64

Maybes

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
F-Zero X
Excitebike 64
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
International Superstar Soccer
Mario Golf
Mario Tennis
Mario Party
Paper Mario
Pokémon Stadium
Ridge Racer 64
Super Smash Bros
Yoshi's Story

Hell Freezing over

Perfect Dark
WWF No Mercy
Goldeneye

Personally I would love WWF No Mercy, but the rights and licensing would be a logistical minefield.

If it didn't have Mario Golf and Tennis on I probably wouldn't buy it.

I would have thought F-Zero X would definitely be on there.

Excitebike would be good too.

I'd really want Mystical Ninja on an N64 Mini but I couldn't see it happening.

The lack of Pilotwings on the SNES Mini makes me think that is unlikely.

Seems odd they excluded something fairly iconic like Pilotwings when they've gone with two Kirby games. There are definitely some big exclusions from the SNES mini. :(
