Also, I may be being exceptional dense here, but what does it mean by HD in this trailer? I thought if I downloaded something from the Virtual console that wasn't HD it's literally just an emulation. I thought that's all that this little box was doing?

It means all of the games are presented in HD @60hz, although not sure if that's 720 or 1080 (not an expert on that kinda thing).
