Yes. Amazon haven't corrected their price either. With Amazon CS they're very likely to knock it down if you point it out. With GAME you've got no chance.

Amazon corrected my order a few months ago.

Knowing GAME they'd try to cancel the order to put it back through at a lower price then tell you "Oops can't re-order it"

I'll just kick up a fuss afterwards and try getting a gift voucher out of them or something.

Joking aside, I don't think the profit margins on this are actually going to be that good.

Lets say hypothetically this goes for £100 on eBay, which seems about right to me if Nintendo actually live up to their end of the bargain. You take away £10 to post it (at least), £11 in eBay seller fees, and another couple of quid on PayPal. You're looking at £77. Then take away the £70 you've paid for it, and after shifting TEN of them you've made £70. To be fair, you've probably genuinely earnt that 7 quid just by the time it's taken to print, package, travel and queue at the Post Office.

Yeah I ordered when they first went up on Amazon for £79.99 and they automatically corrected it at some point.

It's amazing to see just how many of these things are appearing on eBay.

This in itself suggests that stocks are already much more plentiful than they were with the NES Mini.

Given the stock situation, and that this retails at £20 more than the NES Mini, there really is no point in buying to re-sell as 100s of people seems to be doing...

Selling it even for £100 is likely to result in a loss, as someone earlier in the thread said.

GAME are charging £80 because Nintendo can't set RRPs in Europe, and they have a captive audience since the SNES mini will certainly sell out. They won't be administering goodwill gestures or price adjustments, so if you don't want to pay an extra tenner, your best bet is to wait for restocks, which will hopefully be forthcoming from the likes of Amazon, Smyths, the Nintendo store etc.

Oh yeah, this doesn't come with a power adapter does it? Is it just a mini-usb cable for power?

Possibly a stupid question, can I use a 3DS AC Adapter?

No.

I think you just need to get a plug with a usb socket in it.

Edit - here's the official Nintendo one. £8.

It comes work a micro usb cable though right? Just plug that into literally any usb port. I doubt it draws a high current.
