Hmm, not quite as generous as that - they've upped the price by £10.

Spotted a lonely one of these sitting by itself on the shelf in Sainsburys so I felt compelled to pick it up!

It's been tucked away ready for Christmas, happy days! :toot:

Back in stock at GAME, for £100: https://www.game.co.uk/en/super-nintend ... on-2024185

How does that Bing Crosby song go again, I'll be cashing in for Christmas.

Ok, I understand eBayers doing that to make a quick buck, but for one of Nintendo's biggest retailers to be selling something for £30 above the RRP is outrageous.

You think Game would be doing things to keep its loyal customers, not alienate them...

Was it definitely being sold for £100 by GAME themselves? It's just that the price is now £124.99, but it's "Sold and Fulfilled by SKYWISH".

You're laughing but game heard you and they raised the price.

Yes, it was definitely sold by Game and not a third party. I specifically checked for this before posting :)

It was, yes. Which means GAME actually sold their allocation at £100. :fp:

Hope Nintendo, if they even know about it, are pissed.

Yeah Sainsbury's round our way has had a few pop up on the shelves over the last few weeks - that's where I grabbed mine from. It's all tucked away ready for a Christmas reveal for the kids now... who am I kidding, it's for me really! :slol:

Anyone had experience hacking these, it seems like a simple process from what I've read? Tempted by putting RetroArch on there and expanding the library of games!

Did a basic hack, tried to do it on a Mac and spent many fruitless hours trying various workarounds, only to run the program on the PC of a family member, which took a couple of minutes. Doh!
Dead easy and worth it. Got Parodius and its sequels and UN Squadron on there now, bliss!
Need to go back and add RetroArch at some point.

Yeah the software and USB drivers you need for hacking are PC only. Can't be strawberry floated borrowing a laptop to do it.

Cool, sounds like an easy job on PC then.

Does it keep any saves that you've made before hacking? Just trying to work out whether I should do it straight away or if it can be done later.
