It's raining now :datass:

I hope that'll get rid of a loti of the snow if it keeps up overnight but it'll no doubt just end up being icy as strawberry float.

The bins have been emptied and in the sun it feels really nice and warm, the car says it’s 10c but feels warmer

Coming down really heavy in Leeds but supposed to be bright sunshine this afternoon.
Council have sent all buses back to depots, schools all closed and no fritters have been out.

I got told off yesterday for not being in the office enough recently, so I came in today and the closer I got the snowier it got. Now Im in the office and basically the only twat here and everyone else is working from home.

The local council didnt bother to grit the motorway or the roads so its just strawberry floated around here.

After over an hour in the car to travel 20 minutes, and then seeing the state of the next road I had to venture into, there was no way I could go into work today...

Though I'm sure now the weather will clear up and be all sunshine...

Yup. No idea when it started but it carried on from about 6.30 to 10.30. Wasn't cold enough though and so turned to sludge almost straight away.

Black ice all over the place this morning. Reports of multiple fatal accidents in the area, people sliding past the entrance to work and having to turn around down the road, and someone got t-boned into a ditch a few hundred feet down the road.

Yeah, south London has had a light covering, too. Yesterday it was sunny and 13C... today it is snowy / sleet and 0C. Crazy change!
