No snow today but what did fall last night has turned to thick ice so driving to work was fun. Hopefully we've seen the last of it though, pain in the arse.

Finally got snow in Northampton at school run time. So many mums in fashionable 4x4s who don't realise that they are actually driving essentially a car with big wheels rather than a proper 4x4 that works in snow and think they are invincible.

Absolute bullshittery from weather forecasters desperate to keep their jobs. Nowhere near as bad. Not even close.

Actually one nice thing about the snow last night was taking my daughter out in it for a few minutes. First time she's ever seen snow, thought it was hilarious

Yeah looks the same outside. I'm not at work today, but I need to get over to the bus stop and go into town. Not looking forward to the pavement at all.

Surprisingly got some snow overnight here. Not much, but enough to settle.
And cause a 3 car pile up round the corner.

I'm sorry, I have to ask: In what way does weather that isn't very bad impact the meteorologist jobs market?

Same reason polling analysts need to be fired too. Constantly wrong!

We've had maybe half an inch of snow this season. Had some icy roads, too. People (the Old Farmers' Almanac etc) were predicting a terrible winter of thick snows and whatnot, but it's not going to be anywhere like that bad.

This past week's weather has been spring-like - temperatures swinging from subzero to the mid-40s Fahrenheit, rain and thunder storms etc. Hardly wintery at all.

#SnowWatch2017

Been snowing nonstop since dinner time. Probably should have put the summer beer table and chair in the shed.

We had bit of light snow this morning (Cheltenham). Only lasted a couple of minutes though, the sun's out now.

Nothing at all here to report. The GF is very excited by the prospect of snow and will be gutted to find out it's been snowing elsewhere. I'm fine with it.
