Pavements and side roads are an icy hellscape. Trying to get to and from the buses to work has been scary af

I can't wait for the forecast rain tonight to clear the ice away. I hate it when it snows at the time of year. It always freezes over quickly and becomes massive sheets of ice. It's better when it snows in Feb as it's more often a lot softer and starts melting in the slightly warmer sun that follows.

I don't drive but I would imagine driving with ice is harder than a bit of a walk.

The roads around here are all clear. The only bit that isn't clear is the side road leading up to our office, but nobody has to drive there.
