Took my 22 months old lad out in the snow. He refused to wear his gloves, refused to touch the snow with his hands and refused to walk in it.
Then he cried because his hands were cold.
That was a successful 15 minutes outside.

Office was pretty quiet, only the more junior people who live in the city itself made it in.
Walked through central park after work, was beautiful, the accumulation is pretty impressive there

We had heavy hail yesterday (it covered and settled on everything) which hung around most of the day, and thus morning it was heavy snow while raining which then turned to heavy snow in the hour before I went to work. Now apparently the snow is about 4 inches deep (hi context thread).

We had hail and rain last night but no snow.
There must have been a good fall of it close by though as I was behind a whole load of cars covered in the stuff as I set off for work this morning.
