Yeah but did it take you 10 minutes to get to the car, no it didn't, so stop moaning you have it easy driver!

You so unsympathetic. Feel sorry for my crippled ass

Depends on who he spent the night with.

It was all well and good that Denster was renting out his toys. He just didn't expect anyone to slip up while it was inside.

I slipped over on ice (frozen snow) this morning in my works car park and hit my head :fp:

It's fine but it's a fire station. Lazy strawberry floaters didn't clear any of the snow earlier in the Week. Came in on Tuesday after having the weekend off expecting that it would be the one place that would be on top of clearing the snow away but no. Too busy playing pool or prepping a five course dinner for later.

It's a fire station, not a snow station. I bet if the car park had been on fire they'd have cleaned it right up.

That’s a lawsuit right there. No excuse for them not to clear it if they’re expecting staff to come in.

Just went to take the dog out for his evening toilet stop and it's not only snowing, but pissing down and blowing winds which feel like they could take fences down.

It was -13°C here this morning. Trying to de-ice my thickly iced-over car was a nightmare with cold-numbed hands. Almost got the frostbites! Next time, maybe I'll wear gloves.

Looks like it's gonna be colder still tomorrow. Hope we don't get any more snow or freezing rain. :dread:

Would be nice if we could get 4+ weeks of these temperatures though, kill off that surplus insect population.

Loads in Cheltenham. Bloke a couple of doors down from us just spent a good 20 minutes or so trying to get his car up the hill before giving up. We're meant to be leaving soon to go to Surrey to see family. :dread:

We’ve basically got a lot of slush in Northampton. I rained heavily for about 5 hours before it turned to snow. Poor snowflakes never stood a chance.

Although looking at pictures on Facebook if I was to drive out of town for ten minutes then there’s a lot more snow.

About 2-3cm of snow here which means everyone at work whinging even though main roads are all pretty much clear (bit slower due to traffic)

11am and asking when they can leave early (my call today if/when we shut early)

Woman: "It's so cold the snow isn't even melting."
Me: "Oh good. That means it won't melt and refreeze as ice as the temperature drops, so travel conditions aren't getting worse"

Woman (again, a but later): "Well we need to leave early while it's light so we can see any Black Ice"
Me: " :| "

I hate everyone and everything

Fine. We can go 2 hours early.

But only because I like your dog.

And you're going to post some pictures of him :shifty:

(Hopefully in a Christmas hat)
