Hey all. Long time GRcade user and journalist here who literally got their first writing from these forums thanks to the wonderful project that was D+PAD Magazine.

Last week, after over 18 months of procrasination and some occasional writing, my debut book was finally released. It's a list-based humour title called 99 Reasons Everyone Hates Facebook and it's a self-published eBook. I've set up an official website at http://www.emmetpurcell.com/ and it's now available on Amazon, iBooks and a few others.

There's quite a few video game references in the book but generally it's meant to be a light hearted read that anybody with a bone to pick with Facebook or its users' behaviour can relate to. It's being sold for fairly cheap but you can request a free copy up on NetGalley I believe. Hope you guys like it - all feedback is welcome.

Congrats! I would like to write one too in future. That would be very crazy one I guess.
