We had troubles with Finn being sick often on Cow and gate and SMA.
We had to take him to hospital when he was very tiny and the nurse in the kids ward said
"I'm not allowed to give you advice on what milk to use, we have to he impartial...

..but I can go and make your son a bottle of Aptamil as I think that's all we have.. * wink *"

He was right as rain after. Will use aptamil again with the next one too.

We had the opposite problem with Aptimil making kids sick.

Thought I'd put a nature channel on for my lad as he likes looking at animals. Literally the first one I put on had a close up of an enormous spunking elephant cock

Already posted this, but in a different thread.

I managed to win one of the 1980s Ghostbusters toy traps off eBay and repair it to working condition.

Gave it to Finn this morning.. he was very excited.
And of course we had to suit up.

So the wee one is officially sick, shes got a bad case of the runs. gooseberry fool herself, 3 times in as many hours last night, would not settle for bed and you could hear her tummy bubbling and gurgling. My wife slept in the downstairs room with her last night to keep an eye on her and she was all chipper this morning, her usual smile and wave for me as I went to work. I hope that means shes ok and it was a temporary thing, it really sucks to see her wailing like she was last night.

Get used to the 12/24 hour bugs. What really sucks is that kids recover from these things at an incredible pace but when they pass it on to you, you're laid up for days. Also, when they go to nursery, they pick up everything.

Yeah Ive already seen that with the sister in laws kids, theres 4 of them and one gets something and each day a new one gets sick and the previous one has recovered until finally the parents are laid up with it themselves. Fun times!

Yep when my little one started school (she didn't go to a creche) she had a cold or a tummy bug every month or so. It's settled down now though.

I'll never forget the constant illness in our family of the winter just gone. Arch started nursery and it just felt like we were relaying it between us. At no point were all three of us free of illness.

Must remember not to take it for granted now we're all fine :slol:
