Sounds cool. I want the name to have some meaning, on some level, as opposed to just something we liked.
Current favourite is Archie, named after gf's grandfather, and my great grandfather. Works well with my slightly clumsy surname.

Congrats. My wife gave birth to our fist 4 weeks ago. Had a little boy and called him Joel. It's the best feeling ever being a dad, but the sleep deprivation is worse than I ever expected.

We picked Finn because it was the name of our favourite pub in Cornwall (Finn McCouls).
If people ask and i dont want then to know i named my son after a pub, I just say that I like celtic names, and its short, easy to remember and there's not too many Finns these days.

Gary is a great name, and very rare. Call your son Gary.
