Seriously though find out all the facts as I think a guy who's profesion is to give tatoos wouldn't just randomly start fingering chicks or else his place would have shut down long time ago. Maybe she wanted it but felt guilty afterwards and ate her concious up or it could well be that she just wanted to mess around but he went too far.

Seems really dodgy to me. Smurphy you can tell if she is lying or not. When woman cry too much she usually is.

I'd never go to the police without her permission. As for it being 3 weeks ago, surely that must happen all the time? It's hardly something victims are going to want to talk about, surely these things must get reported even years down the line.

Lets face facts, she decided she wanted to nob smurphy after spotting him momentarily at the roadside.

I've known her for years and we've been together before.

Yeah, I was more on about realistic prospect of conviction. Though if the tattoo guy has done it before (which is likely) and other people came forward, then who knows?

Been checking OKCupid for the first time in a while this week. Holy strawberry float there's a lot of stunners on there now. Goddamn. Also, found out my "mate" sent a message to my last shag through my OKC account, 2 months after she cut contact: "Let's strawberry float."

It's never been referred that he was as serial rapist so I think that point is kind of non complacent at the moment, furthermore victims of rape very rarely tell the police let alone people, it's highly possible he's (if done it more than once) never been found out, or if it's his first, never will be.

Did she say no or stop at any point? Perhaps the guy thought because she let him massage her leg she was game for a fingering. Obviously we don't know the whole story, but there are always two sides.

Tattoo artists are not Doctors. It's not like they have anything to stop them trying it on.

Smurphy, you should have gone to the police right away and not come here about it. Literally nothing anyone on here can say to you will change the fact unless she's lying, you should have gone to the police.

Yeah you should really talk to her about the police. If he does this to a lot of girls then he needs to be stopped.

He can't go to the police. It's her decision. Admittedly one he should probably talk her into, but this sort of situation requires a delicate touch.

It's pretty messed up, especially how she kind of blurted it out during sex, and you need to handle this carefully, Smurph.

My ex wife told me that her brother used to rape her/sexually abuse her. He lived in Bristol. I had never met him. Then he said he was coming up to visit. Ex wife went "Oh, see that story I told you about my brother. Well, he didn't actually do any of that. It was actually my dad."

Doesn't matter how much you think you know someone. Sometimes people make up the most horrendous lies.
