That girl came over and fun was had. She leaves and next thing I know my friend's text me saying that a sort-of-ex Casey has invited him out for a drink. His first thought was to tell me and I appreciate that but it quickly became apparent that he likes her and wants to go. I basically told him that our friendship wont be affected, that I appreciate him telling me this and that I don't want to stand between him and what he wants.

It was grown up or at least sounds grown up. It's going to get to me eventually though, I can tell.

We've only spoken on 2 days in the last 10. I'm just giving her some space and seeing if she cools down and she'll realise she misses me. I would love and really want to get back together but \i'm fully preparing for the worst.

She wants to talk on the phone but I've told her all it'll be is now that she's talked herself into doing this she'll just be trying to explain it all, in thinking that suddenly i'll be fine with it suddenly. And I don't want ti hear that. I told her quite a while ago that I could never and would never be just friends with her, even though we are best friends.

I've text her tonight saying that I'll be somewhere special to us both on Sunday at 2pm, and I hope she's there.

Rubix, I remember feeling like that the last time. I was feeling pretty shitty all the time, then two weeks after we'd split up I saw photos pop up on facebook of her ON FRIGGIN HOLIDAY with a new bloke (which is what lead me to finding out she'd been cheating on me for ages). So i felt even worse. Then i went out with a couple of mates who made me see that she's not feeling gooseberry fool (fking snake) and I shouldnt be either.
